Taste our hotel’s very own golden and organic honeys and get your supply of fresh vitamins and energy for the day ahead. Fresh, local, and preferably straight from the farmer – that is our motto, as we always like to think organic. In the evening you can expect a choice of gourmet dishes that have been created with passion. The fresh, sustainable produce, mostly harvested by Stefan in his own garden and then brought directly to Manfred's kitchen, become culinary masterpieces on the plate. Mediterranean flair meets traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, the perfect combination for feasting to your heart’s content. Once a week, we serve a honey gala dinner dedicated to bees and honey – let yourself be surprised! We promise: you can enjoy our delicious natural cuisine with a clear conscience!
